Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

Services

Agenity Corporation provides website-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Website hosting

  • Website design and maintenance

  • Domain-related assistance

  • Optional marketing, automation, and technical services

Certain services, including website hosting, are billed on a recurring monthly basis.


Website Hosting (Recurring Subscription)

Website hosting is provided as a monthly recurring subscription and remains active until canceled by the client.

Hosting services include server resources, website availability, and access to the hosted website environment, regardless of whether the client actively uses the service.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel recurring hosting services at any time.

To cancel hosting, clients must contact Agenity Corporation directly using one of the following methods:

  • Submitting a request through our support system

  • Emailing our support team

  • Contacting us by phone or written message

Important cancellation details:

  • Cancellation requests must be explicit (for example: “Please cancel my hosting service”).

  • Requests for domain authorization (EPP codes), domain transfers, DNS changes, or pointing a domain to another provider do not cancel hosting services.

  • Hosting services remain active and billable until a cancellation request is received and processed.

  • Clients are responsible for confirming cancellation if they wish to stop future billing.


Billing & Charges

  • Hosting services are billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate.

  • Charges apply for each billing cycle in which hosting services remain active.

  • Charges for services already provided are non-refundable.


Domain Names

Domain names are managed separately from hosting services.

Providing a domain authorization (EPP) code or assisting with a domain transfer does not cancel hosting services unless a separate cancellation request is submitted.


Support & Communication

Agenity Corporation may communicate with clients via email, phone, SMS, and CRM-based messaging systems. Communications through these channels are considered valid records of client interaction.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Agenity Corporation directly with any billing questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Updates to These Terms

Agenity Corporation reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted to the terms page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
