Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains what Agenity collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers our website, our AI assistant Jasmine, and the services we provide to business clients.

The short version. If you call a number answered by Jasmine, the call is recorded and transcribed. If you use our website chat, those messages are stored. We use that information to answer you, book appointments, and follow up. We do not sell your personal information. If you'd like your data deleted, email privacy@agenity.com and we'll do it.

1. Who we are

Agenity is a web design, digital marketing and AI integration company based in Florida, United States. We build websites and custom software, run advertising campaigns, and provide Jasmine — an AI assistant that answers calls and messages on behalf of businesses.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Agenity. "You" means anyone visiting our website, calling a number we answer, or using a service we provide.

2. Recorded calls and AI conversations

This is the part most people care about, so it goes first.

Calls are recorded

When you call a phone number answered by Jasmine, the call is recorded and transcribed. You are told this at the start of every call, before the conversation begins. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up — you will not have been recorded, and you are welcome to reach the business another way.

Florida is a two-party consent state for call recording. Continuing the call after the recorded-call notice is how consent is given. We deliver that notice on every call, without exception.

Jasmine is an AI, and will say so

Jasmine is artificial intelligence, not a person. If you ask whether you are speaking to a human, she will tell you the truth. She is instructed never to claim to be human.

What we do with recordings

Recordings and transcripts are available to the business you called. They are not published, sold, or used to train third-party AI models.

3. What we collect

4. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts — by ticking the text-message box on one of our forms, or by asking us to text you during a call — Agenity may text you from (941) 229-1211 with replies to your inquiry, confirmations and reminders for appointments you book with us, and customer support. We may also text a business owner when a message is taken for them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us answering your calls.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who make the product work. Each one only receives what it needs:

None of the sharing described in this section includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, and mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We also share information where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

7. Data we handle for our clients

When a business hires us, we handle information about their customers on their behalf. In that arrangement the business decides what is collected and why; we process it under their instructions.

If you dealt with a business that uses Jasmine and want your information corrected or removed, you can contact that business directly, or contact us and we will pass the request on and help action it.

8. Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand which pages people find useful.

We use the Meta pixel on some pages. It tells us whether an advertisement led to a visit, and lets us show follow-up ads to people who have already visited. You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser — the site will still work.

9. Your choices and rights

Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to:

Email privacy@agenity.com. We will not make you jump through hoops and we will not charge you.

If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with a privacy law, those rights are yours by statute and we honour them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those laws define it, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a right.

10. How long we keep things

You can ask us to delete sooner. We will, unless we are legally required to keep something.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it. Payments go through Stripe and we never store full card numbers.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child's information has reached us, email us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make it obvious rather than quietly editing the page.
